Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of 18WheelerClaims.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site is a free case-review matching service and a paid attorney advertising platform. It is not a law firm, not a lawyer referral service certified by any state bar, and not a source of legal advice. Content on the Site is general information only. Participating attorneys are independent; they pay flat advertising or marketing fees, and no portion of any legal fee or recovery is ever shared with the Site.
2. No attorney-client relationship; no advice
Using the Site, submitting a form, calling, or chatting does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone and does not constitute legal advice. An attorney-client relationship arises only from a written agreement you sign with an attorney. Deadlines vary by state and claim type — consult a licensed attorney promptly about your situation.
3. The consent you give when you submit
When you check the consent box and submit the case review form, you agree to the following, exactly as presented on the form:
By checking this box and clicking “Get My Free Case Review,” I give my express written consent to be contacted by 18WheelerClaims.com and up to three (3) participating law firms or their agents at the phone number and email I provided — including by autodialed and prerecorded calls, artificial voice, text messages (SMS), and email — about my request, even if my number is on a Do-Not-Call registry. I understand: consent is not a condition of receiving any service; message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; I can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help; and I can revoke consent at any time. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms, and I understand 18WheelerClaims.com is an advertising and matching service, not a law firm, and that no attorney-client relationship is created by submitting this form.
You can revoke this consent at any time as described in the Privacy Policy (reply STOP to texts, tell callers to stop, or email us). Consent is never a condition of receiving any service.
4. Your responsibilities
- Submit only truthful information, about yourself or someone whose request you are authorized to make (for example, a close family member after a serious crash).
- Do not use the Site to send spam, test stolen data, scrape content, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not rely on the Site instead of a lawyer, a doctor, or 911.
5. The matching service
We deliver your request to up to three (3) participating law firms based on the state and case information you provide. We do not warrant that any firm will contact you, accept your case, or achieve any result, and we make no endorsement of any particular firm. You are free to hire any attorney or none. Any engagement — including fees — is strictly between you and the firm.
6. Automated chat
The chat widget is an automated AI assistant that provides general information. It can be wrong, it is not a lawyer, and conversations with it are not confidential legal consultations. Do not submit sensitive medical or financial details through the chat.
7. Intellectual property
Site content (text, guides, design, logos) belongs to the Site's operator. You may read, link to, and quote it briefly with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or use it to train competing lead-generation content without permission.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. We do not guarantee the accuracy of general legal information on the Site — laws change — and nothing here is a promise about the outcome of any legal matter. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us to use the Site (which is zero), whichever is greater.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site itself (not about any attorney you hire) will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
