18WheelerClaims.com generates qualified, consent-documented 18-wheeler and commercial truck accident case inquiries and delivers them to a small number of participating firms per state. If your firm litigates truck cases and can move fast on intake, we should talk.
What you get
- Qualified by a three-step form, not a name-and-number widget. Every lead arrives with crash date, state, vehicle type, injury status and treatment, fault perception, and representation status — enough to triage before the first call.
- Server-side tiering. Leads are scored A/B/C on qualification signals (commercial vehicle confirmed, treated injuries or fatality, fault posture, within-SOL timing, unrepresented). You know what you're getting before you dial.
- TCPA-grade consent, documented. Every lead carries express written consent captured through an unchecked, affirmative checkbox with full disclosure copy — stored with consent-text version, UTC timestamp, IP, and user agent. TrustedForm and Jornaya LeadiD integration is available for cert-backed campaigns.
- Speed-to-lead delivery. Real-time webhook (JSON POST) to your CRM or intake vendor the moment a lead submits, alongside email delivery — built for live-transfer-speed response.
- Spanish-language intake. Leads from our Spanish-language pages arrive flagged
language=esso you can route bilingual intake. - Strictly inbound marketing. Every lead reached out to us — this platform runs no outbound contact of crash victims of any kind.
How pricing works — and the line we don't cross
Participating firms pay flat advertising and marketing fees — per-lead or per-signed-case flat amounts agreed in advance. We are never paid a percentage of legal fees or of any recovery, and we don't structure "bonuses" that amount to one. Fee-splitting with non-lawyers is prohibited by the rules of professional conduct in every state, and our model is built to keep participating firms cleanly inside them. We are an advertising platform, not a referral service and not co-counsel.
What we expect from participating firms
- Active licensure and real truck-litigation experience in the states you take leads for.
- Fast intake — these are injured people who asked for help, and speed is part of the service they were promised.
- Honest handling: free consultations as advertised, no pressure tactics, and compliance with your state's advertising and solicitation rules.
