18WheelerClaims.com exists to do one thing well: get people who were just hit by a commercial truck in front of an attorney who actually handles truck cases, fast and for free.
Why speed and specialization matter
We built this service around two facts about truck crashes. The first is speed: within hours of a serious wreck, many carriers have investigators and defense counsel working the scene, and the most important evidence — engine control module data, driver logs, inspection records — sits in the trucking company's hands, where some of it can be lawfully overwritten within days. Every day an injured person spends "waiting to see how they feel" is a day that evidence erodes.
The second is specialization. Truck litigation runs on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations — hours-of-service limits, maintenance duties, cargo securement, drug-and-alcohol testing — and on evidence sources that ordinary car-crash practice never touches. An attorney who knows to demand the ELD data and the driver qualification file on day one starts from a different place than one who doesn't. What we are not
We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, we do not evaluate whether you "have a case," and we never take a percentage of any legal fee or recovery — that would be illegal fee-splitting, and it doesn't happen here. We are not a bar-certified lawyer referral service. Submitting a request creates no attorney-client relationship; only a written agreement between you and an attorney does that.
